We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you find the same product that we sell somewhere else on the Internet for less than what we sell it for, we will try to either beat that price or match it - GUARANTEED.

1. The product must be new (not used) and have the same manufacturer's item number.
(Not the same item number as picturesongold.com, the same item number as the manufacturer)
2. Competitor's price must be visible, be a U.S. based company and NOT an auction website.
3. Our low price guarantee does not apply when you use coupons, sales, promotional offers, or discounts.

4. Sorry, we cannot price match on Discontinued or Limited Edition items.

One year Guarantee on all merchandise
After one year from time of delivery, cost to fix damaged item is $20.00 + shipping.

PicturesOnGold.com is not responsible after shipping for delivery problems or adverse weather conditions that may affect the delivery of goods.

We accept returns within 30 days for custom-made jewelry, including:

- Picture Jewelry
- Personally Engraved Jewelry
- Sports Name/Number Jewelry
- Name or Monogram Jewelry
- Religious Jewelry
- Custom School Jewelry ( Class Rings, etc.)

If you are not completely satisfied, you can return these items and received a refund minus 15% off plus shipping fees.

NOTE: Alternatively, personalized items are eligible for a 100% store credit, which can be used towards another purchase.

For returns on Lockets, a 20% remelting fee plus shipping fees will be deducted.

Exchanges are available for all items.

All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days from the date of shipment. Contact us at 1-877-703-1143, via live chat, or email us at info@picturesongold.com to receive your return authorization number (RAN). Be sure to include the RAN on the outside of the package when returning items.

Please include the following order information:

Full name, Address, Order Number, Date of purchase, Type of pendant purchased, Problem with order.
We will then give you a Return Authorization Number. This number should be clearly marked on the outside of the package.

Send your item(s), original packing materials, and original invoice to us by an insured courier (UPS or Registered Mail) and retain the tracking number for your records. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping. Please do not write "jewelry" or any other jewelry-related words on the outside of the package.

All returned items are inspected upon receipt prior to the issuance of any refunds, exchanges or credits. Merchandise that does not match our product data in our records will be returned or refused.

A refund or customer credit (for exchanges) will be issued within 10 business days. All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow one monthly billing cycle for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Returns and Exchanges Restrictions:

1. The original Invoice and a Return Authorization Number must accompany the returned item.

2. The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn and unaltered in any way.

3. Special orders and personalized engraved items can not be returned for reasons other than defects in materials or workmanship. If there was an error made on our part, we will happily exchange your order.

4. Processing, shipping, handling and insurance charges are not refundable.

For customers who have Free Shipping and would like to return certain merchandise you will incur an additional $8.95 shipping charge to compensate shipping charges.

5. All returns are subject to a remelting of 20% depending on the item, exclusive of shipping, handling and insurance charges. Exchanges are not subject to a restocking fee.

7. If you refuse delivery of your order, the returned package will be processed as a normal return and you will be assessed the appropriate restocking fee. You will also be responsible for all return shipping charges and fees.


Picturesongold.com is not responsible for any watch or jewelry item that it does not actually receive or that is not returned in accordance with the above terms.
